How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at naturalhealthresponse.com?

Answer:

I have tried several times and get a canned answer right away ('we are sorry we are busy and will get back to you in 1 or 2 business days' sort of thing). I am trying for a refund and after 5 or 10 business days I write again and get another response that basically says we are working on it - don't call us we will call you'. Of course they don't and the whole process starts over.

You can begin by calling or writing customer service. Failing that, contact your credit card company ASAP to have them void future charges from this organization.
