How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at nautica? How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at nautica?

Answer:

Very difficult be ready to wait on the phone. Poor training and agents are not there to help but just to explain why they cannot help. They provide terrible service. It's a shame because i like their product and I have been buying Nautica for years but no more.

Answer:

Terrible customer service - they are quick to take an order but they provide no service if something goes wrong with your order. I hade a horrible experience and will not order again.
