File disputes with credit cards. But the cc refunded my money without contacting them

They're actually based in China (even though they have multiple addresses listed in the U.S., which are not legitimate!). You will not be able to contact them.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at new day stock?

Answer:

It's extremely difficult. They ignored most of my emails, and when they responded, it was not helpful, and they blamed me even though their jersey sizing is wrong for women, and they never provided tracking.
