I would agree very bad. If you have any shot at getting your order You need to be relentless with emails... I mean relentless!
It seems that some people think it is, but it was a horrible experience for me. It was one of the most embarrassing situations I've been in. So embarrassing, I've never told any of my friends or family members. This company flat out ripped me off. I never received any product. This company is very good at taking your money, and cutting off communication with you.
