I want to know if my order is on the way or should I just call my credit card company and request refund?

I'm from Canada but ordered from NFLshop.com What is the tax percentage I would pay? My tax on my order seems high so I'd like to know.
Recieved my X LG Seahawks jersey and it would fit a very small person, just going through trying to get some satisfaction but have no faith

Hi Guys, I purchased from NFLShop.com to deliver to South Africa. NFLShop.com only offered me standard shipping with Landmark Global/ Land International Mail. I waited the full 21 business days for my product but have not received it as yet. I have tried contacting Landmark Global but I keep going through to the answering machine. I have not been given a tracking number. Have I been scammed? Will I get my parcel? Should I just give up on this?

When you guys did receive your packages what carrier delivered them?
THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS... THE FUNDS WERE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNTBUT THEY DO NOT RECOGNZE THE PAYMENT? NEED HELP
