Their address is 101,1st Floor, Building B, Hongpengfei Industrial Park, Xintian Village, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China, 518110. They have a Canadian address where the ship the goods from, EIE Corp 5605 Timberlea Blvd, Mississauga Ontario L4W2S4 Good luck with trying to reach a resolution with them since each email we sent a different representative replied (Blake, Lucy, Lily, Quinne, Shirley, Lara etc...) After 19 emails we did receive a partial refund.
