Sent a coat back that did not fit. As of Oct 5 it was "forwarded" and now 9 days later they say they don't have it. I loved the coat we got. It was beautiful and nice quality. But this seems suspicious. How long is this going to take? I had no idea of a forwarding address. Now how am I protected of they continue to say they haven't gotten it even though my tracking number shows it reached the forwarding process? This is putting a really bad feeling in my gut.
