About how long does it take to ship the dress
I ordered a dress back in February and still haven't received my dress. I spoke with someone on another order and they informed me that it was held up in customs due to OKdress not getting with someone to pick up at customs? Could this still be the issue for not received!
My dress is still processing but the money has been taken out of my account what should I do? I cant track my parcel.

Why do you say ''co.uk'' if you are not shipping from the UK? I've been tricked before by the same kind of companies, bad experience. I was interested in a dress from your site, they look gorgeous, but after reading the reviews. I am totally concerned. Sizes smaller than ordered, faulties, dresses unfinished., really! How can I be sure I get what I order?
If I order a dress and it doesn't fit can I return it

I used the online chat to keep a trace on my order. No problems and was delivered on time and dresses were good

You will get the dress but please prepare yourself that it may not be exactly what you ordered I pray it is for your daughters day. But I had a disappointing experience with them and they are rude and unhelpful after delivery. I would say don't bother with them but since you have already ordered my fingers are crossed for you xxx
