The ombudsman is OS communication. You do have to lodge a complaint and you need to email using the word complaint then os should be able to help you the number is 03304401614, every telecommunication company has they own ombudsman.

Having been deceived by this company who took over my BT line after i cancelled the order 10 days into the 14 day cancellation period they still proceeded with the disconnection. Looked up using the ombudsman but that was useless, you had to ask True Telecom to submit it to their own complaints system, which they ignored. They should not be allowed to trade.

You have to use the company's compaints procedure first then if you can reach an agreement then you have the right to seek out the ombudsman they draw this out so much most customers give up
