How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Oneplacegifts.com?

I found their customer support outstanding. Online support form, contact vendor tab and phone number are all provided. That's why I sort of believe they are a legit company and gave it try. I used their online support form to ask a question on delivery and the person replied in half an hour which is pretty awesome.
