The problem is: They will cancel the order without giving a reasonable explanation, and the good review is FAKE. Do not ever trust them.

Nobody read my review? They cancelled my order and then gave me part of it. Their reason for not sending the rest? They said I gave e them the wrong address! So how did the partial order get to me? The review goes on. It is titled "They will be never get my money again"

Ah Margaret, you must work for "Full Beauty". See how they had to change their name because of all the bad reviews? Other people I know had similar experiences that I've had. This company it HORRIBLE. So people are writing to warn others. Therefore, Margaret, YOU get over it. If it's not THAT important, why did you just write a 2nd short story explaining how wonderful you think they are? Sounds to me like you have a personal interest in their success. It is a big deal when a company screws over their customers. You've never had a problem with them? I find that impossible to believe. (Oh yeah, except for that one time they cancelled your order without letting you know... Yeah, that's a normal thing for a company to do!) So YOU CALM DOWN and stop trying to convince people to lay down and take it like a door mat! I can't think of one company that's in the mail order business who believes their customers should have to "give them time" to get the order right. Pick it, check it, box it, ship it. How hard is that?

A dedicated credit card or use rheir high interest one? Why should anyone have to do that to order some clothing. That is ridiculous.

Hello -- I AM Margaret L and I did write the above review that some are calling "FAKE" and I can attest I continue shop at One Stop Plus to this very day, week and month and have never had one complaint about customer service -- EVER! So get over it! I suspect that many issues are caused by not allowing Full Beauty time enough through every process. They take a little longer to ship. If you return an item, it takes a little longer than that. If you want to see your credit from your return, it takes a little longer than that. So my first suggestion would be to just CALM DOWN and allow the company to complete its many processes without harassing them along the way. As for myself, I have received the most helpful service by calling when I want an exchange and let the company send out the replacement while my return crawls back through the system. I don't harass them at every stage along the way. This is not a good website to debit your bank account. This is a good website to use either their own credit card -- which has an outrageously high interest rate -- or another credit card that you dedicate to this account solo is best... That way YOU can track your returns. I would never use my own bank account for this company's charges and chargebacks. That could drive a girl nuts! IF they cancel an order, that may have happened one time some years back, it's because the item is not available. Get over it and move on! It's not THAT important!
