Well at least you got your money back... good for you!

Answer:

This is an update regarding my experience with One Travel Source. The hold was finally lifted and the money has been credited back into my account; however, I still would not use One travel Source because of the policy of not providing any type of verification to the bank requesting that the home be taken off. They want you to just wait until it automatically come off which is usually three days, And no immediate action always has me wondering about a company.
