You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. I received my tickets on time, they were honored at the event, but they were obstructed view. When I called/emailed I was told there was nothing they would do. So I paid a lot more for an obstructed view than I should have. I will not use this company again.

I received my tickets on time. They had the correct name on them & were honored at the gates, no problem. It was just the surprise of extra charges. FYI... Customer service is horrible - very difficult to get an actual person on the line & no one ever returns your phone calls. Good luck!

I've only used this service one time and fortunately the concert (Nickelback) cancelled a potion of their tour due to an illness so I got a full refund. I did however call the customer service line to question the length of time it takes to get the tickets from the seller and they assured me that there would d no problems. They guarantee ticket delivery in time for the event.

I think your tickets will be genuine. You just spent alot more for them then you had too. Once you get your tickets i would call MSG at 212-465-6000 and ask if tickets are authentic. Good Luck.
