In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.

You will get tickets but not what you ordered. They gave me different seats than the ones I was told I was getting. They said they had the right to do this. It is in the fine print. Buyer Beware! I got had.

Oh they sent them... But I fat fingered the entry they posed the tickets as better seats based on price at $49 not $40 as I originally posted and billed my credit card $182 and sent me 3 $15 dollar face value tickets... Do not use them... I can't stress that enough... I not only dissapoiinted my grandson but they ripped me off... As I said in my post... they need to be arrested

They charged $35 for guaranteed Saturday delivery. And these tickets were bought a month in advance. Then on Friday before show I received email that tickets would be at will call. Not long before show started received another email that contained tickets. Unfortunately my niece had already left her house to go to show. She tried a FedEx and ups but neither could print tickets.

Got the tickets but see leppard cancelled or postponed the concert as they call it. To another date. Online city had no care or concern. To refund the money I spent. I had set that day aside to go to that concert on that date and time. It should be my choice of I can or want to go to a future date. These sites should be obligated to refund cancelled postponed events without a question or issue. Be they refuse. To do anything but quite there one sided policies.

Oh you get your tickets and triple or quadruple the cost. Do not use this site. You could get tickets less expensive elsewhere. They are a rip off.

You get them( I got mine via email the day before the concert) but they're 3x as more expensive on this website vs. any other.

Use the box office or Ticketmaster before Online City $#*!ets...

You will get tickets (via email that you have to print) that their company purchases through ticket master after you place your order. It's not until after you've printed them that you realize how much they screwed you. In my case the tickets were almost 3 times more expensive than what they paid and the service fee was ridiculous.

It's all a SCAM! THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY CLAIM TO SEND TICKETS VIA EMAIL, THEN, YOU GET TO THE DOOR TO PICK YOUR TICKETS UP AND END UP PAYING AGAIN BECAUSE IT"S NOT THE SAME COMPANY, SO IT"S DEFINITELY A SCAM. TICKETMASTER IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. ONLINE CITY IS A TRUE SCAM ARTIST. BUYER"S BEWARE! I WOULD NEVER WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE LIKE IT DID ME.

I bought my tickets and paid the extra to have them available to print and download them. My tickets came in someone elses name at a cost of about 1/8 of the price I actually paid. Theyre claiming the tickets are in the original purchasers name (which theyre not) and theyre transferable tickets that I can still use of someone elses. Rediculous that theyre allowed to still be open for business the way they rip people off!

No I did not get my tickets because the person I was suppose to meet up with first wanted to meet at a closed location then second would not tell me where we were suppose to meet up until I got there. In CAMDEN NEW JERSEY of all places.

Now they won't give me my money back even though they're the ones who messed everything up

Nope... they keep your money AND your tickets
