why do the tickets come as a screenshot on an email
I cannot get a response from the contact us addresses given on their website. It's regarding delivery of tickets.

Good luck, pal. What will definitely happen is that you'll be charged waaaayyyyy more than you thought. And they'll get away with it, those festering pustules.
