Yes, we have a competitor who decided to leave a slew of bad reviews. These were not real customers and they even posted screenshots of text messages that were not from anyone that works for us. The reviews are very outlandish and we would never engage in any of the behavior they allege. Please feel free to call us anytime and you can speak to a friendly customer service representative that can answer any questions you may have.

Not all the bad reviews are from a competitor, my review specifically is very harsh on them because they promise one thing and deliver something entirely different. You are honestly better off doing the work yourself than trying to have a tutor from them help you. The tutors will never talk to you directly and my grade went from a C to an F purely because of their "help". It might be fine if you have the time to constantly write asking their customer service to do something and it is an extremely easy class but otherwise they are worthless. They could not even read the requirements for the work I had to do so offered help that just got me zeros. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
