I have a pair of shoes that need to be returned as they are too small. How do I proceed?
I know you are out of business but what do we do about returning shoes that don't fit?

Are they still in business?? I have an exchange and it seems strange not to have a traditional website to go to, browse and make choices from. What is going on?
