I saw the review by jill h. that orangeshine stole $800 from her account. i was thinking about ordering some things, but not i am not so sure now.

Answer:

I have been ordering on a regular basis for a couple of years now and I have never had any issues.

What brand has the cheapest but best quantity for the money. i know zenana is good. what other brands are good for around the same price?

Why does os need a picture of my id and credit card?

Can i place order and pay through paypal ...?? because it more secure to me than putting my visa information.

Hello Nawal, This is Ramona Customer Service Agent with OrangeShine. At the moment we currently offer Paypal for our International customers. We also offer Paypal to our Domestic customers that have ordered consistently with OrangeShine for six months. If you have been approved to become a Retailer with OrangeShine and you are a Domestic buyer the only payment option for you will be with your credit card. How do i know how much my shipping is? i am thinking my card may be declined because i did not budget that in

What we recommend is when the order is placed for the buyer to message the vendor to please provide a shipping rate estimate. That way the order does not get declined.
