Okay so i bought a formal dress online before and it looked nothing like the dress in the photo i'm a bit nervous to buy online are you guys trustworthy?

I found a dress i'm in love with on outerinner.com and everytime i press "credit card" then "visa"... chinese lettering pops up and won't let me go any further. i haven't even put any information in yet. i don't understand the problem. does anyone else have this?
