What can we do as customers if a web sight doesn't send you your merchandise or credit you back your money. Are we just out of luck or is there something we can do. If someone out there knows please let me know. I sent this order back Dec. 29,2009 and it is now April and I am still waiting for the last item in the orig. Order and it is now too late to cancel it on my credit card, so do I just loose that money and my son just looses his jeans he was to get for xmas. That really stinks, I think! If someone knows if there is anything I can do please let me know. Thanks DM
