Yes, any recovery company is better than Payback. Payback is an actual scam disguised as a legit business.
Claim Justice, My Chargeback are some of the legit alternatives.
I don't know if I could trust company I see from web again. Money should be the least of your concern. All i can say, make sure the company has physical address where you live in and it is registered as legit company. I wont trust foreign company.
