Better put it down your money in gutter but not to give to paytm

His is my 7th or 8th mail to you regarding my order no 1169265833 for which you have created Ticket #111549040. I ordered sofa cum bed which was a defective piece. Even it was in the cover of snapdeal because any customer of snapdeal might have recently returned it to the seller. And he sent the same defective product to me.
U people are not even replying. I just want to return the defective piece.
Didnt expect this from a well reputated ecommerce site like yours.
U r cheating people for money. If i wont get a reply to even this mail. I ll file a case against this site in consumer court. I have all the evidences. Bills. Photos and mails against you.
