How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at pearlfeet? How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at pearlfeet?

Answer:

Quite difficult, and when/if you do, via email only, they do not follow up with promises. For me, they just made a promise of a refund, but that never happened and they stopped responding. Further, my account seems to have disappeared as well.
