How long will it take to ship to Quebec Canada? I would nee the order with 1.5 weeks, max 2

I made a order more tgan 10 days ago. I never recieved a confirmation email. No reciept. No tracking number nothing. Is this site real?
I placed an order with them yesterday and paid more for Express shipping, 3-7 days but I just read bad reviews on your site. Is this a bad company?
