Hello Ruth, contest and category image score are completely different and calculated differently and do not influence and relate one to another. Contest score is calculated from imageduels between your image and other images in the contest you entered it to, while category imagescore (numbers you wrote here) is calculated solely from duels between your image and other images in the category. That means that one image can have vastly different imagescore in category and imagescore in the contest - first, because it dueled different images and second because different users voted on duels.
