It is easy to get in a chat. You will never get your problem solved though. I contacted to ask what form is the kind I described because nothing was coming up as templets for it. They never answered and claimed after 4 times of asking that I never asked. I asked for a manager and they tell me "keep your language professional or I will end the chat." I never heard of asking for a manager being inappropriate and unprofessional. He then said they never accussed me of anything after I told him I do not appreciate false accusations. You can easily get a hold by going to the bottom of the website and clicking on "chat" but as I said, it is useless. They will make you mad
