I bought office pro 2007 on 15/10/10, they sent me the link and the key immediately, however the file is a disc image file. i have daily replies from them telling me to save to my desktop and then unzip to access the setup file. surprisingly enough it doesn't give me any of these options! i paid through paypal so am now investigating if i can get my money back through them as the company are ignoring my requests for a refund.
