US Postal Inspection Service Questions & Answers

What do we as customers do if we need another mailbox key in a neighborhood. These are pedastools with approx 20 to 30 mailboxes. I have called our local post office so many times I am starting to document time and any info, specifically not answering the phone. I can order and exchange the locks and get 3 keys, but after several others in our neighborhood have not had any luck in callling or getting in touch with someone to help me and our 300 home neighborhood. We live in New Braunfels, Texas and will attempt to get our carrier to help. I have explored ot the point that I can change the lock (?) and get 3 new keys but know that isn't correct procedure. But after so many phone calls not only from me but others in our neighborhood with no solurtion in view or not answering the phone, I AM a little exasperated. Pleas help
