How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at PrayerRequest.com?

Pretty hard... I couldn't find an email, phone number, or Facebook page while perusing through the website everyway. I had to PM an admin with a new account to discuss with them some technical issues, so check the posts for ones that say Admin in their handle. I got a reply within a few hours, so they cooperated pretty fairly. :)
