I have been reading reviews about Printer Pix and they are terrible. Now I am afraid to use that company. It says the postage and handling is terrible. So, can I trust Printerpix?

Our customer service department went through a major rehaul. I'm in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly. If anyone still reads this and is questioning themselves on if they should order from us, you can shoot me a private message and I'll address all of your concerns.

Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.

I agree with the previous responses. Although, my item arrived in a timely fashion the customer services is terrible. Don't answer calls (which made me nervous about the bday gift) and very limited information when you do get someone one the phone. Hold time was at least 15 mins. Just use Walgreens or someplace local.

Do yourself a big favor and don't get tempted by their low prices. They are the worst company I've ever encountered. Dealing with them is nothing but frustration. They are liars, have no respect at all to their customers and all together horrible company. Poor quality, no service, awful shipping department. I've ordered 5 items, 4 got to me damaged and there's no one to talk to. You leave messages they won't respond. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this people

No they can not be trusted to ship your order so it will arrive Undamaged! Their packaging is nothing more that a thin sheet of cardboard with no internal cushioning material to prevent damage. To add to that their Customer Service is non existent.

Customer service is horrible! In addition, it took them 6 weeks to ship the 1 item that I ordered.

It would be more time effective to walk to your bathroom and flush your dollars down the toilet.

Customer service is still awful I've called four times sometimes even being left on hold for up to two hours then hung up on twice. I've been told three different days I would be receiving packages and when I called when the packages didn't arrive they told me that they didn't know why I was told that and that it was on its way and when I called today they said it hadn't even been shipped yet when I requested a refund they said that they couldn't do it when I insisted on staying on the line until they could they hung up on me. I called back again asking for a refund they again tried saying that all their higher up people were in a meeting and I insisted to be left on the line tell someone was available to refund me and then miraculously they could refund me but I still haven't been refunded for the Groupon I bought to purchase items off their site. I had placed my order on December 3rd and had bought three Christmas gifts and one birthday gift. The birthday gift was for January 6th none of them came in on time or had even been shipped.

No, you cannot trust them. This answer has to be 50 characters so I will repeat: unreliable and a scam.

Ok, so I hanse bought 8 blankets from them over the course of 2 years and yes, the groupons are not what they seem because shipping is like $15.

The delivery does take forever.

But, the blankets are beautiful, good quality and a little cheaper overall than at Walmart even with shipping if you use a groupon.

Some tricks:
Make sure you buy the right coupon for which size and type of blanket you want.

If you are buying more than one blanket, ALWAYS choose the groupon for multiple blankets at a time, instead of a separate groupon for each blanket. Printerpix only allows one promo code per order, so if you have different groupons, you'll have to pay shipping on each and every one unless your promo code covers multiple blankets.

Shipping does take a long time. It just does. But everyone I have bought the blankets for adores them. One I bought two years ago and it's still in excellent shape.

The fleece blankets are my favorite but because of the material, printed faces look a bit off when the material is rubbed a certain direction. So I prefer the fleece but the flannel has clearer image that doesn't shift as you rub your hand over the blanket.

I hope this helps

NO, RUN FAR AWAY. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. They will not find you and no real person will speak to you. Only emails.

They are terrible - please avoid at all costs. I have always got great service and printing from Photobox - they may be a tiny bit more expensive - but you definitely get what you pay for - is it worth taking a risk?

EMAIL GROUPON/LIVING SOCIAL to get them eliminated as a vendor and stop the fraud of innocent customers. PRINTERPIX are complete crooks. How do we start a class action suit?!

The only positive reviews for them are clearly fake! I doubt they've ever had a happy customer. It's been two months since I made a complaint to them. Ive chased it up multiple times and I can't even get a response from them.

Don't give them your money! You'll end up regretting it like I did.
