I have ordered a dress from this website, my money has been taken out but I have had no email about the dress or anything to do with it? It said I would have an email about the confirmation order however still got nothing? Just wondered what could be happening

I ordered a dress a few weeks ago. I keep getting emails saying that it will be sent out in two days… one day… etc. Whenever I said an email asking when the shipping date is (its already past when it was supposed to arrive), they do not answer. Is this website legit? Is my dress ever gonna come?
Did anyone purchase the A-Line/Princess Straps Sleeveless Beading Floor-length Chiffon Dresses and was it one of the 10% that actually turned out good? As soon as I bought it, I found this website and freaked out. Within 5 minutes of placing my order, I emailed them because they claim to have a 100% money back with in 6 hours of placing the order. Just to make sure, I sent three but no reply yet.
I had previously asked about the shipping time and was told that the dress is normally received by promised date, but I paid to receive my dress by the 30th and the status still says it is under tailoring. Has anyone else had this problem? Because it is really stressing me out as my prom date is May 2nd.

I realize that the dresses tend to be poor quality made, and I have already ordered the dress before I thought to look at the reviews, but I'm just curious as to how the shipping is? Do they always arrive on time?
I was wondering, because the pictures are of designer dresses, if they were actually the designer dresses like Sherri Hill.

I have been fighting with them for 3 months. They want you to pay for the return to China and than only want to give you 1/2 your money, if you are lucky. But it cost a lot to ship to China so it is not really worth it.

I asked for a refund at least 3 times, actually I requested one, and they said they would give me 10% of my money back... Which is $10. I said I wouldn't accept that and they have stopped responding to my emails
