your review is good but your one star ratings said "I have a query I've been placed two orders for my dissertation, and after I paid I try to communicate with anyone from customer support team or the writer, I didn't receive any response from them in three days ago. I found also the website chat offline all the days, with the knowledge that the deadline will be 20, September. I do not know what I want to do now is whether one can help me with this? by Toti J." I hope I will not have this problem with this company

Hey, did you eventually use this service? If you did, were you extremely satisfied with the quality of work produced? I found another very good service (based on reviews) called TheUniTutor.com, but their prices are ridiculously expensive.
