on 7/8/15I wrote a letter following their directions exactly and they sent back my item and said they couldn't find my account even though I explicitly said the item was a gift. I would never order from them and hope I never receive a gift from them again. I don't think it's a a scam I just think they suck. Try the BBB and/or the International Trade Commission. I just gave my stupid scarf to Goodwill.
Hi Sylvie W, I'm afraid I can't help. Based on the disinterested response from the RL customer service and the online feedback from other unhappy customers I decided not to chance sending my jacket back.
