my order status says shipped directly but i cant find a tracking number, do you know where i could find that at?

Ordered a bunch of things over a month ago, still shows as Order Placed, was charged the money immediatedly, emailed them 2 times, and no response either time. Starting to look like I got scammed. Will be contacting my Credit Card company to report this. Super bad vibes, stay away from these people
