Hi, I need to speak with a representative regarding a RCA TV that blew up, only had 6, months. Yes they sent a tech out, part on order, tech scheduled to come back in 2 weeks. So I am out of TV for a month. So I am the one inconvenienced because of their defective items.It seems that this happens alot due to items I have purchased and I am so tired of the quality of items and Im always the one that has to suck it up! Very Frustrated! Would like some kind of compensation!
