When will you lot actually send us a product. I don't want BS excuses. I pre order early 2018 and have nothing.

If you didn't get a tracking number for your pre-order, you could have contact us directly at at support@realteus.com. We don't have any order under the name Brett S. Please send us your order number or the proof of payment.
