Did anyone get their order on time? I ordered a dress to arrive on 1/9 my birthday even is 1/10.. I'm going to be upset if i don't receive it on time!
I just heard of this via a co-worker who uses your services. I'm just not understanding how the PRO membership works. So I"m only paying $29.95 once

Hey there Rent the Runway Staff. I'm hearing Horror stories about being charged when an item was returned Late. I have my even on the 2nd, and my return date is the 3rd. How can i prove to the Company that i did infact put my dress in the mail on the 3rd?
Scheduled an app for my daughter but I used my own email, would that affect my future order for myself as far as my dress size
