What made you choose rizzetta & co over similar businesses?

Answer:

Ignorance. We have changed from Rizzetta due to lack of management integrity and organizational skill ineptness.

Does rizzetta and company practise selective enforcement? does the same attorney that represents the hoa also represent the management company?

Answer:

Yes they do. I lived in Fishhawk Ranch and the rules don't apply to every homeowner. Attorney represents both Fishhawk and Rizzetta which is not proper

Why does your company never return calls on the avrs. no way to ever talk with anybody. extremely poor management practices.

I have tried several times to reach this company about questions regarding payment. always get avrs and leave a call back number. never a call back.
