Sophia P, helpful answer. But there is more to it, roblox has things that cost robux so they can make money. Without robux they wouldn't make money; not have devs to pay as they dont make money, then the game would go way downhill.
Sometimes, people do get banned for no reason or for nothing. However, most bans are reasonable. If you got banned for no reason, please contact roblox to see what, and you could just make a new account.

Yes, sometimes but considering how many reports come in and the fact that the roblox moderation team is very small means that they cant go through every report.
The best option is to put the computer in the living room or some open space, and asking them what do they do on Roblox. Parental controls is never an option to monitor your kids. If you don't want your kids to spend your credit card, tell to stop, punish, refund, or cancel your credit card. Also, if you are uneasy with roblox, it's best not to let your kids play it.
