I made many orders with this "company". The one I have had more then enough trouble with was not complete when it arrived! And they sent a wrong # of an item that I DID order! They offered to place the amount I am owed (item was no longer available but still being offered) into my " R" wallet and still haven't gotten a resolution! I have went around and around with this "business"! Several trouble tickets have been opened for this problem! They have called me the "wrong" name twice! Do they not read the trouble ticket we send them? I do not know why it is sooooooooo hard to do business with this company! You would think they would "be customer friendly" but are NOT! The last order I paid extra for faster shipping and it is still being "processed"! It has been since August 13th and have still have not reached a resolution to trouble ticket # T15082409390! I finally told them if it was such a problem to such a simple solution to simply keep the $6.04 owed me! Now where is my order (# HH1509042233481598) made on September 5th and paid on September 8th including the fast shipping paid! You might rethink looking and buying from this site!
