What can I do if I didn't receive the board? I Mi order is 19-9289 Luxury chess combo Staunton Goliath series, pieces, board and box
3.9" Russian Zagreb. Issu w/pieces. Different weight, asymmetrical. Felts are ill trimmed. I attempt to contact by phone and email no answer.
