I placed an order with Sheplers for a Duster coat as a present for my husband. I tracked the order which was reported as damaged and as being returned to Sheplers, they have still taken the payment of over $200 and now I cannot get an answer when I try to contact them, they have also ignored my emails. Does anybody get their money back from these people, and if so HOW??
