How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at shirtango?

Answer:

Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.

It's funny to read some of these crazy peoples reviews, why is it so hard to check shipping info before placing an order, no common sense.

Answer:

I know, we go through this everyday, its clearly marked on the shipping tab, im not sure what sort of person would place a custom handmade order and expected it within 4 days, or not even bother reading the shipping section, makes no sense to me.

Is shirtango a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.

I'm not sure why its no common sense either, the first thing anybody should do if they are purchasing from a custom handmade website, is to check the shipping section, this is a given..
