You have seven days to pay after winning and if you don't, they will add another few days to encourage you to just pay.

They give you 7 days from the day of winning the bid. Here's an excerpt from an email they send when you've won your bid. The message is in all caps: "PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS"
