How do i get a hold of bob? he replied to our review noting to please get in contact with him but did not offer a way to contact.

Answer:

He sometimes has picked up on the 888 207-7023 number. Yet it has been months since I spoke to him and it was only once for a short few minutes. He said he would have someone get back with me to discuss the issue.
