I would like to begin by saying that my English is not so good, I hope my message is still clear and ppl understand my point, and Skadate do too!

I do not understand how come there are SO many bad posts about Skadate.com(every where on the net) and at the same time Skadate.com Is trying to sweep it off with "misunderstandings" "mistakes" "now fired employs" or with "competition are trying to badmouth our platform"?

IF it was the case, where are all the good reviews then(except those on skadate.com)?
There are only some few good reviews, but all the good ones are "fun enough" all VERY short... and ALL positive, hmmmm i find that strange...

Why not get in touch with some of your existing supposedly all happy clients, ask them to write reviews about you, good ore bad. Maybe here or on other blogs?
DON'T FORGET, WITH A LINK TO THERE OWN DATING SITES.
So we all have a chance to test and check them out in action?
It's free advertising and would prove that skadate is not just trying to net and then milk ppl, as is the impression i get when reading almost all posts?

I know it's "only" a 400$ dating platform, and you as a customer can't expect a top of-the -line dating site, but they should at least expect what you promise us all Skadate.

1: No bugs
2: Good support
3: Customizable(with out the site crashes or you should have to pay more)
4: possible to do easy Brand removal
Ect. Ect.(i wont make the list fill 30 points)

I had actually wanted to choose you, since i am in the process of starting a dating site of my own...
But I dare hardly to call the pre-sales department, from what i read all over the internet.
To me it looks like they will promised everything I ask for!
Right until I have paid - then all the premisses and expectations stops or are not meet, and the hard / expensive(hair pulling), buggy, customization work begins... Finding bugs, not being able to customize without crashes, can't do rewriting of urls for SEO, being frustrated about the long customer service reply time, long load time on the site for the users caused by bad coding ect ect. Looks to me like It must be a GREAT job to work in the Pre-sales at Skadate, but it must really suck to be customer service employed...

I can't see myself using your templates "out the box" since it will have to be adjusted, and tweetet to my needs, but from what I can read ALL over the internet then it's not so simple to get there, and is going to be a struggle/bug infested/crash happy process...
Far from what skadate want's us to believe...

I have a great idea, offer to your new customers/clients that they pay 50% on the purchase of your platform and the remaining 50% by flawless, bug-free, customized and completed delivery?

200$ now and 200$ when it is flawless, bug-free and customized as the customer wants?
Put it on your own test server for let's say maximum 30 day for purchased.
Fix everything here with the new client, when customized and it runs flawless then, the customer pays the last 50% and gets it transferred to his/her own server and you will be fully paid, for a good job done?
You would really show a good customer service by doing it like this and stop getting ALL the bad reviews, and believe me(without being 100% sure), ATM you are losing a fair amount of potential clients/customers - I think in the long haul this or some other better solution would greatly benefit you!

If you sweep my suggestion of, or wont answer my post? Expect many would see this as a another big red flag, and please stop blaming competitors for bad mouthing you, if your service is as good as you say, this should be the smallest problem for you(I read A LOT of reviews and this is only something i see with "bad company's"- short said).
Why? Because the internet should be teeming/overflowing with good reviews(longer than 20-30 all positive words), all over. But that's sadly, not the case...

Get over it, and let's start seeing some good positive, real reviews,

I can ONLY find the small, and fake looking positive ones, and then ALL the long, frustrated, "you stool my money" ones.
Let's get some link's to all the happy skadate user out there, with customized site's running flawless(if they exist!)?

I would very much like to be wrong in my assumptions, but it's hard to believe with out seeing them any where.

Greetings from Sweden:-D

Hi Ole! We do not actually collect reviews on our site, but we do have a Portfolio page, with real, active and successful online dating sites from all over the world. You can visit these sites to see if they are real for yourslef, contact their owners, or even members of these sites. The only reason why there seems to be many negative reviews is because a lot of them are fake. I am not trying to say that ALL negative reviews are fake, as there are definately real ones among them, as with any product or service. But we always try to find a proper resolution to all issues if we encounter them.

I did not have a problem with the customer service at Skadate and always had my reply by the morning. The choice of templates is good also and once you find the one for you, if it does everything you need you could be happy... BUT if you are looking to recode an existing template... that's where the trouble starts... I was passed to SODTECH a team of programmers in Kerala, India with head offices in Bangladesh and it was an absolute disaster! Luckily I agreed to pay 50% deposit of my estimated $6,000 (yes that's right six thousand USD) and the rest of the balance at completion of the job.
As an Architect I would have thought that I know how to communicate with drawings, screenshots, I even wrote a manual for them stage by stage showing what needed to be recoded, it may sound very complicated but it was simply to change a few things one of which was to put the information for the Couple's profile side by side for Him and for Her, but it created a huge communication problem.
To cut a long story short after 5 months they managed to destroy even those existing features that were already working very well in Skadate that even London in UK could no longer be found!
If you need to re-code an existing template from Skadate, think again!
