Can you share a success story using sleephero.com?

Answer:

There is no success story because this company is a scam Sleephero doesn't stand behind their so freely given guarantee. They only guarantee they will take your money, they will discuss the products use with you but they WILL NOT REFUND your money or even talk with you via phone or email once you decide to return the product. They provide a FAKE BOGUS address to return their product this is a SCAM, a complete SCAM! SHAME on you SLEEP Hero!

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at sleephero.com?

Answer:

It is somewhat easy if you aren't in a hurry, they eventually send an email BUT they do not answer their phone. They take a message and then send you a stock email response but that ends it right there. There is no further communication... SCAM!
