I have done this twice and I still have not received my refund!

Hi Ray,

You can cancel just go to their website, "see refund". Fill out the form and tell them that you would like a FULL REFUND; you should see the refund in your bank in 5 to 10 days..."stay away from them and 'professional scam artists' like them in the future!"
