If the smile box is ok and clear you can show it throug your computer if you can hook into a projector. If you are trouble making a DVD of the slide show contact Smile Box. Perhaps they will help you. Reload your wedding smile box and then contact them with your problem.
Hi Diana; My answer is the same as the other responses. When you signed up for the 'trial" you gave them a credit card # to do so. Since you didn't cancel your trial before the end of 30 days, they automatically start charging you.
I'm sorry I can't tell you exactly how much I pay for my yearly membership. I think its about $40 + but it is such a good product that the cost has never worried me. It it so much cheaper than buying individual cards and posting them. Besides, it gives you the option to add photos and choose the music. You end up with a card which is perfect for the recipient. All my friends think I'm a computer wizard but Smilebox does all the hard work. I just put it together and press "send".
I pay 47.88 per year which is billed 3.99 monthly
I have just looked at my bank statements to see what I pay for Smilebox & I pay $8.85 per mth which works out to $106.20 per year! I haven't been able to use it either due to internet disruptions.
It's 3.99/mo or they will bill annually.
$47.88 annually. In addition to being able to send great invitations, cards, and slideshows, Smilebox also backs up your pictures. I was devastated when my laptop was stolen fearing that I had lost all of my babies pictures (no, I had not backed up my hard drive). I purchased a new laptop and found that I was actually able to recover and download my pictures back from Smilebox. What is the price? PRICELESS!
As far as I know there is only one type of membership and I think it was $39for one year. I may be off by a dollar or two.
It's $47.88 for the year... well worth it... cards, slideshows, etc... able to put your own music to the shows and burn copies or able to send and post to facebook or in an e-mail... without premium there is no cost
My friend was offered a lower and lower price by Smilebox when she cancelled her trial membership. It eventually got down to $2 and change per month (for 12 months).
I pay $6.99 a month and it is worth every penny!
About $51+ in NJ (w/tax). Saves the trip to the store, but makes it more personal with photos.
I am not sure, you may have to ask the smilebox staff that question, as I have only used it for sending their cards.
$47.88 annually but well worth it.
Aprx" $ 50 a year
