I still havent recieved my necklaces and i ordered them on the 7th of may and its June 2nd now! So unhappy
You will have to go to there live chat. Which I not for sure what is the best time to contact them. When I did have to contact them I had to use the live chat. I was only able to get in touch with between the hours of 9-10 pm that's central time. Best of luck

My item arrived a week later than predicted, but I was happy it came.
It's so annoying how this company runs. Can't do anything it says but it does come just takes about 6 7 weeks believe it or not.

Just PM thSoufeel in Facebook, they respond immediately. That's based on my experience.
Once the items you've ordered arrive in New Jersey, you can't track them. They're sent there and then divided into individual orders and mailed out. Once they arrive in New Jersey, depending on where you live in the U.S., you should get them within three to five days. This has been my experience. Emailing them took a couple of days to hear back.
It wasn't until I left feedback on here I got a response...

I also experience the same but I sent them an email and I did get a reply by 2 business days. I was really worried because I couldn't track my charms n bracelet but i did receive them. But not too worry u wil too
